QWIMB
Queer Woman in Music Boston is a local organization in Boston that promotes and supports local LGBT musicians. I had the privilege to help with updating their online presence.
Beginning in 2011 QWIMB has developed a rich visual history of show posters and portraits of local musicians. I used this history as the focus for the design of their new site. As part of each page template 50 random images are displayed from the media library in a photo mosaic. This feature really enhances the content of the site and helps the reader get a better understanding of the community at large. I helped with on this project:

- WordPress theme development
- CSS development
- Site deployment
- Performance testing and benchmarking
- Use of AJAX to enhance perceived performance
